Miałem dziś dziwną sytuację w nowej instalacji Xamppa pod Windows 8.1. Mianowicie zaraz po odpaleniu okna kontrolnego Xamppa pojawiły mi się takie wpisy:

Jak widać apache 2 miał zajęty port 80(standardowy www). jak go odblokować? ja zrobiłem tak: w konsoli windowsowskiej(wiadomo cmd):
net stop http
i zatwierdzamy poprzez „T” lub „Y” Po wyświetleniu wszystkich komunikatów co zostało zatrzymane w konsoli Xamppa możemy już uruchomić bez przeszkód serwer www.
